- Account Deletion: You have the right to permanently delete your Hamsarjo account via the in-app settings menu, which removes your profile from the discovery feed entirely.
6. Child Safety Standards & Protection Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Hamsarjo maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child grooming, trafficking, or any activity that endangers minors.
By using the Platform, you agree that:
- You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Hamsarjo.
- You will not upload, share, request, store, transmit, promote, or distribute any content involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors.
- You will not engage in child grooming, inappropriate communication with minors, or any activity intended to exploit or harm a child.
- Any account found engaging in or promoting CSAE/CSAM or related illegal activities will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to remove offending content, preserve relevant records where legally required, and cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
- Users are encouraged to immediately report any suspected child exploitation, abusive behavior, or illegal content through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting help@hamsarjo.com.
- We actively review reports of child safety concerns and take prompt action to maintain a safe environment for all users.
